Responsibility

• interpreting client drawings and specifications to ensure manufacture and delivery of quality precision made parts
• set up, program, operate and monitor a computer numerical control Lathe
• machining one-off and small batch components, most of which are small in size

• assisting in Quality control of parts and stock control
• you should have good attention to detail, work to a high standard and be able to work on own initiative
• basic servicing and maintenance of equipment
• general house keeping

Requirements

• previous experience operating and programming a CNC Lathe is a must
• experience in using Mazatrol controls is Preferred
• experience in turning and milling small components in single operation is beneficial

• as a CNC Machinist working for CRH, you will be responsible for producing precision components from our client’s engineering drawings and you will generate, load and modify CNC programs on the machine
• additionally, you’ll identify and report on any drawing errors, suggest process improvements and ensure that all health and safety policies are adhered to
