Responsibility

  • based in Glasgow, Coughtrie International has been based on the Hillington Industrial Estate since 1940
  • due to expansion of our portfolio, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a time-served electrical assembly operator
  • looming and routing of single and multi core cables e.g. 30awg – 12awg
  • good understanding of electrical drawing & schematics
  • experience with Molex Micro, Mini & junior fit plugs, sockets & crimps
  • this role is a multi-functional role that requires someone with excellent attention to detail, a good level of dexterity and a hard working approach
  • experience using JST & PA plugs & crimps
  • the majority of the work will be in electrical assembly, however, as required, this person will be required to work in other areas of the shop floor manufacturing lighting products
