Responsibility
- manage all aspects of the food and beverage department, including staff, operations, and inventory
- oversee the hiring, training, and scheduling of all food and beverage staff
- ensure exceptional customer service is delivered to all guests
- develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other industry professionals
- monitor and maintain food and beverage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability
- create and implement innovative menu ideas and promotions to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
- maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the food and beverage department
- ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Requirements
- previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry
- A passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
- strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
