CONSULTANCY SUPPORT is looking for employees for positions:

receptionist / administrator

Working hours

  • part-time

Responsibility

  • processing purchase and sales ledger invoices
  • we are looking for someone with high attention to detail, who is self-motivated and a quick learner
  • you must have previous experience working in an admin/ accountancy role
  • reconcile purchase and sales ledger statements and process payments and receipts
  • month-end purchase/sales ledger reconciliation
  • bank reconciliation
  • good working knowledge of accounting software is imperative, Xero is preferred
  • credit control

Requirements

  • IT Literate and accounting software
  • clear understanding of bookkeeping and accountancy procedures
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work with all individuals across all departments
  • well organised with a good eye for detail
  • ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
  • have the ability to apply logic and reason to resolve problems efficiently and effectively
  • be confident with asking questions
