Responsibility

  • subcontractors will be paid at a rate of £25.00-£40.00 per job
  • carrying out gas servicing and landlord gas safety certificates
  • installing CO alarms
  • building positive relationships with clients, tenants, and external customers
  • ensuring that engineer standards are met
  • conclusive property services is seeking a subcontractor Gas engineer to support with gas service and repair work in the Greater Manchester area
  • maintaining an understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental responsibilities/duties in line with company procedures
  • the successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out servicing, landlord gas safety certificates, installing CO alarms, building positive relationships with clients and external customers, ensuring engineer standards are met, and maintaining an understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental responsibilities in line with company procedures

Requirements

  • valid Gas Safe Card
  • ACS qualifications
  • full UK driving licence
  • extensive experience of the industry
  • ability to work on cookers, fires, and gas boilers
  • plumbing: 1 year
