Requirements
- good literacy and numeracy skills to NVQ 2 level or equivalent
- educated to GCSE Level / NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
- previous business support experience
- experience of taking action points/ minutes at high profile meetings
- previous experience in a similar role, working within a local authority
- experience of providing business support in a busy environment
- experience of working with colleagues to tackle challenges and resolve problems
- good organisational and communication skills
Responsibility
- answering calls into the teams; taking messages and signposting callers as appropriate
- working with the team to work mainly from the team email box
- booking and altering transport for children and young people to get to school/college and to see their families
- support reconciliations of orders and payments
- booking of interpreting and translation services
- resolving of queries that occur with orders, payments, contacting various departments/vendors to resolve
- organising and taking notes for various meetings
- uploading documents onto children’s electronic records
