Responsibility

  • we are seeking a Sales Team Member with a background in customer service and account management
  • this is a Maternity Cover contract and may be extended from 6 months
  • the role involves
  • striving to achieve monthly and annual sales and contribution targets
  • retaining clients and building strong, trusting relationships
  • understanding clients’ needs, identifying new business and monitoring customer performance
  • this role will provide support within the Sales Team and to carry out and grow sales activities for Chrisanne Clover Components, Dancewear and Crystal business with key clients, online sales, B2C and territory management under the direction of the Head of Component Sales and the Directors
  • providing superior customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
