greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner
manage and maintain a tidy and organised reception area
answer and direct all phone calls
handle all general enquiries and provide information to customers and suppliers
between 30-35 hours per week
provide administrative support including data entry, filing, document preparation, generating prices for our sales team, preparing quotations, scheduling appointments and various other admin duties as required
Requirements
proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role
experience of social media would be an advantage
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
attention to detail and accuracy
professional and friendly demeanor
ability to work effectively as part of a team
customer service: 1 year
administrative experience: 1 year
