receptionist / administrator

Responsibility

  • greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • manage and maintain a tidy and organised reception area
  • answer and direct all phone calls
  • handle all general enquiries and provide information to customers and suppliers
  • between 30-35 hours per week
  • provide administrative support including data entry, filing, document preparation, generating prices for our sales team, preparing quotations, scheduling appointments and various other admin duties as required

Requirements

  • proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role
  • experience of social media would be an advantage
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • attention to detail and accuracy
  • professional and friendly demeanor
  • ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • customer service: 1 year
  • administrative experience: 1 year
