• in addition, you will be responsible for the general upkeep and tidiness of the home ensuring the young people live in homely environment
• you will also take an active role in supporting new members of the team and be involved in the recruitment of new staff attending interviews and local job fairs
• part of the role will be managing various levels of self-harm using a least restrictive approach, so you will require a high level of resilience and have a caring, compassionate nature
