Carbon Rewind is a national installer of energy efficient measures aimed at reducing heating bills and carbon emissions for homeowners and tenants. We are actively working with energy suppliers and local authorities to improve the thermal efficiency of properties.We are looking for a customer service administrator to provide excellent customer service skills and support our operations team.The Role:Liaising with external customers via telephone and emailTaking our customers through the process of booking survey and installation appointmentsTaking inbound calls and assisting with any enquiriesEnsuring every customer receives great customer serviceUpdating various spreadsheets and databasesIs a full-time role (37.5hrs), working in our Watford office.Who are we looking for?The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:Excellent organisation skillsProactive and able to work on own initiativeProven ability to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent attention to detailProven ability with google suite, Microsoft office and PDFStrong customer service skillsExperience in housing and maintenance scheduling is desirable but not essentialWe reward hard work and dedication through our profit related bonus scheme. We are hosting an open evening event! We are looking for a customer service administrator to provide excellent customer service skills and support our operations team. This is a great opportunity to learn more about Carbon Rewind and a chance to meet some of the team.When? Wednesday 12th April 2023, 6:30PM -8:30PMWhere? Axis Building 2, Rhodes Way, Watford WD24 4YWWhat to expect?· The night will begin with an introduction and information session, where you’ll meet the assessors and learn more about the evening.· We will then test your communication, problem-solving and team working skills with some group activities.· There will be a 1-1 interview to assess about your suitability for the role.· Lastly, you will be sent a skills assessment to assess your organisation and customer service skills.
