- CADagency is delighted to be working with a specialist manufacturing company for the agricultural machinery sector
- our client develops and manufactures innovative machines and components that improve efficiency and make a real difference to the environment
- these include Planters, Drills, Fertilisers and Hoppers
- due to on-going high demand, we are assisting them in recruiting for an Engineering Design Manager
- for this role you will oversee the engineering design projects and a team of 6 design engineers
- you will be responsible to ensure projects are clearly scoped with achievable budgets and timelines
- you will lead and develop the companies Design Engineering Management system in line with the needs of the evolving business
- you will work to improve the workflow and communication between the Sales team, Design team and delivery team
