project co-ordinator

Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • including but not limited to
  • working with production procurement on management of customer labels and packaging requirements
  • working alongside the production team to ensure clear communication of customer needs to sub-contractors
  • the role of the project co-ordinator is to support the sales team, managing customer specific processes for key accounts through product development, order confirmation and fulfilment
  • working as part of a small, fast paced team it will be the project co-ordinator's responsibility to manage specific customer admin tasks, such as project and production tracking spreadsheets, testing requirements, sample requests and logistics
  • management of Customer specific order processing portals
  • travel to customer meetings may be required within the UK and Europe. The Role is based predominately at the mill however there may be an opportunity for hybrid working depending on the candidate
  • managing the logistics process for key accounts
