Responsibility
- achieve individual objectives and key performance indicators as set and agreed
- establish and maintain effective communication and relationships with colleagues, Insurers Third Parties and Customers, promoting a professional business image
- attend regular Buzz Meetings starting at 8.50am with your team
- ensure all policy administration is dealt with in a professional and timely manner
- calculating Insurer premiums and finance balances, finalising & collecting balances and or arranging refunds
- maximising cash collection through the provision of effective and efficient communication and negotiation skills
- provide professional support and advice to clients & Insurers, ensuring high levels of service and client satisfaction throughout the life cycle of their insurance
- be proactive and maximise all business opportunities making clients aware of alternative products , advising clients of potential gaps in cover and promoting insurance reviews with clients wherever possible
Requirements
- chartered Insurance Institute Certificate in Insurance
- ability to handle difficult calls
- excellent communicator and negotiation skills
- ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- confident numeracy skills
- experience of working in a contact centre, or customer service environment
- previous experience of debt recovery
- previous Insurance experience
