the role will be the regular point of contact between the internal Sales, Admissions & Operations Teams
the post holder will also provide other administrative support to the Director of Business Development as required
administrative Duties & Support
the above list of job responsibilities is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope, grading of the post and at the request by management
keeping the product database up to date, collating all product options and requests and managing them with full details, restrictions and costs in order to support the sales team with preparing group quotes
managing process of collating all post departure paperwork including checking all costs and invoices, alongside Groups Coordinators
Requirements
experience of planning & creating group programmes
good knowledge of the costing process, pricing and managing margins
sales experience, whether as a role or part of role
A second language is desirable
