- work closely with development resources on brysa’s delivery side and manage the timelines, delivery, demos and manage the project as whole

- avoid scope creep and scope change by ensuring that the business divisions adhere to rules of engagement
- working closely with various client business divisions: Operations, Sales, Finance, HR and IT to analyse the business processes, understand integrated vision of the business, perform gap analyses and capture business requirements for development and change projects
- work closely with Directors, Managers and Consultants within each client business division and brysa IT delivery team
