- the Deputy Chief Executive Officer will be the strategic lead for education for the Trust
- broad Horizons Education Trust is a medium sized, highly respected and thriving Multi Academy Trust in Norfolk
- at present, we have 3 secondary schools, 2 specialist residential SEMH schools and 13 primary schools in our Trust
- we appreciate the unique qualities of each school in our Trust and commit to supporting them with their own improvement journey
- we know 'time matters' for every child and so we are ambitious for every school and their pupils
- we are not afraid to do things differently
- this will include supporting the Chief Executive Officer by contributing to and influencing all areas of the Trust’s strategy, with a particular focus on the leadership of the Trust’s school improvement strategy for all schools within the Trust
- our current Executive Director of Education will be retiring within the year and we are excited to be able to recruit a successor to start working with us in September 2024
