Responsibility
supervising and supporting junior staff members
working with a key child, playing a pivotal role in their day-to-day life
attending reviews and liaising with other professionals as part of the wider team ensuring children achieve their aspirations and full potential
assisting with creation and maintenance of placement and risk management plans
working closely and assist our experienced Home Manager to lead a successful staff team and run all day-to-day operations of the home
to take on senior responsibilities such as the Manager deems appropriate
assisting the Registered Manager to ensure the safety of all children, young people, and staff – including ensuring that safeguarding practice, procedures, and recording all regulatory requirements and professional expectations
Requirements
diploma or NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce
A Full Manual UK Driver’s Licence

experience working with Young People within a residential environment
