beaufort Support Services provides supported housing solutions across the South and South West. The Service delivers semi-independent support to young people, 24 hours/7 days a week in shared and independent accommodation
as part of a team, the role of the Young Persons’ Waking Night Support Worker is to offer practical and emotional support, safeguard the young people, respond to challenging behaviours, and help them develop the skills needed to be independent
Requirements
ensure all young people are appropriately supported to promote their personal growth and independent living skills
give practical support and ongoing emotional and psychological support to help them achieve their ambitions
work with the young people to develop individual pathway plans to identify their aspirations and goals and to ensure that each young person’s specific and specialised needs are properly met
working with young people: 1 year
work alongside other team members to ensure the house is a safe and pleasant place to live in and promote a cooperative shared living atmosphere in the house
