Working hours

Responsibility

  • BRG Infotech provides IT Consulting services to clients. We are looking for an experienced systems administrator with an excellent track record
  • work as part of BRG Technology team responsible for administration and support of systems and servers
  • manage Active Directory services, including user accounts, group policies, security settings, and domain infrastructure
  • monitoring and supporting networks, servers, email, database and applications
  • configure environments and service profiles on physical or virtual machines
  • managing resolution of incident and service tickets for the allocated systems
  • set up and monitor scheduled activities such as system maintenance, database cleaning and other related jobs
  • managing backup and recovery jobs, supporting disaster recovery plans

Requirements

  • experience in 1st and 2nd line technical support
  • proficiency in on-premises server administration and maintenance, including Windows Server environments
  • familiarity with Active Directory management, group policies, and user access controls
  • solid understanding of network infrastructure concepts and troubleshooting methodologies
  • strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • 3+ years of experience in systems and network administration

Education

  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent
