  • PEOPLE MANAGEMENT - Using and maintaining our Citation HR management system and continuing to roll out this in other areas - Ensuring all records are kept up to date and forms are filed by line managers for all HR processes - Liaising with Occupation Health as required to ensure our staff are supported - Helping with recruitment in all departments including advertising, running interviews and then inducting employees - Ensuring all new and current employees are kept up to date with all safer recruitment checks, including references, professional memberships and DBS checks - Send offer letters and prepare and issue the employment contracts and Letters of Variation as necessary - Update the Mandatory training spreadsheet for all staff and check that all employees have completed all necessary training, ensuring they renew as required - Booking and arranging in person training sessions, attending, then issuing certificates from this training - Administer the Appraisal process - Track DBS across Brandon Centre and organise new DBS checks where they are due - Support the B-Way staff survey by sending out the survey and collating results ADMIN SUPPORT - Providing general Administrative support to HR and Corporate teams, arranging the People Committee meetings, Young Peoples Leadership Board and Parent Advisory Committee, taking minutes and helping to prepare papers - Assisting the Head of People with the creation, formatting and distribution of internal documents To be noted: This is not an exhaustive list of duties and responsibilities, and the post holder may be required to undertake other duties in discussion with their manager
