Responsibility
- provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles
- assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care
- administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- monitor and document patient's vital signs and medical information accurately
- educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment plans, and self-care techniques
- ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
Requirements
- valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
- bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proficient in patient care techniques, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and providing wound care
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- ability to assess patient needs and develop appropriate care plans
- compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
