Responsibility
- confirming the completion of third-party collections and deliveries and liaising with Biocair’s driver fleet to monitor daily task completion
- updating Biocair’s IT systems with progress of shipments
- maintaining IT systems with correct supplier solutions, capturing and challenging suppliers on costs
- the Transport Coordinator role is an integral part of our Cambridge transport team, offering support to all colleagues within the Transport function and performing administrative functions relating to external suppliers and the timely filing of driver paperwork
- assisting in the resolution of invoice queries
- scheduling vehicle maintenance
- performing out of hours on call duties on weekends as part of a rota system
- reviewing Driver hours on a weekly basis, logging and reviewing all fuel expenses and providing regular reports to the Transport Management team
