Responsibility

  • we are looking for a strategic and commercial leader who can define and drive the team
  • be comfortable managing accounts within the national nursing frameworks, developing a pool of specialist nurses and managing bookings daily
  • sourcing Nurses through Job Boards/ Adverts/ social media/ Referrals
  • good customer services for registering the nurse, Health Care Assistants and able to discuss rates/ jobs available
  • able to communicate with client directly or via portals to book Nurses into shifts
  • if you have Business Development experience, we also have roles for 360 Recruiters
  • as Senior Healthcare Recruitment Consultant you will take the lead on developing client relationships and sales pipelines to secure new business growth against annual targets
  • bid writing [ new client contracts Tier 1, Tier 2, Master vendor, Neutral vendor]

Requirements

  • proven success in achieving targets
  • the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients, workers and colleagues
  • A “can do” attitude and the ability to think “out of the box” to maximise opportunities
  • excellent administration and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
  • A good level of general education
  • excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels both in person and over the telephone
