Responsibility
- responsible for maintaining all company websites and ensuring frameworks and plugins are kept up to date at all times
- perform a continuous quality assurance process across all sites, identify and fix errors
- analyse and provide suggestions for improvements to UX and user journeys to ensure the optimal experience for our customers
- identify and suggest technologies and processes for improving customer engagement and conversions
- redesign and build company websites and extensions to company websites as and when required
- employ branding best practices and responsive implementation to any published versions
- work with multiple stakeholders to ensure a collaborative road map to web design and improvements
- integrate third party systems to provides technological efficiency across all business divisions
