- proven experience in 1st and 2nd fix joinery work
- strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- an interest in bench joinery is advantageous
