Responsibility
- as FOH Team Leader, you serve as the face of BEAR , dedicated to providing excellent customer service and a passionate, happy team
- you play an important part in assisting the Store Leadership Team in promoting our brand culture as well as delivering great store performance, embodying BEAR ’s core values and upholding our standards
- you will play a vital role in completing the usual Front of House responsibilities on a day-to-day basis, being an essential part of a strong team and supporting the store to meet targets
- as a FOH Team Leader, we expect you to have great attention to detail, drive service & sales, and be the constant face of energy and passion on the shop floor
- the atmosphere at BEAR is fast-paced but casual, with a strong focus on the quality of our coffee, fresh food, cocktails, and always providing the best service
