- this is a new brand new position at Fix Auto resulting from continued business growth and evolution at Fix Auto we are recruiting an Assistant Manager
- this is a person who will work within our team, this role is ideally suited to a person who is a aspiring manager a person who wants to be involved in the day to day running of a Modern and forward thinking Accident Repair Centre business
- woking at Fix Auto located on Concorde Road Norwich NR6 6BN, you will be responsible directly to our regional manager who is Managing the branch though not on site every day
- this role will be fully supported, there will be on going and consistent structured training and a personal development plan, along with monthly training and coaching sessions at our managment academy in Peterborough, over time this will give you the knowledge, support and knowhow so you can become a confident and successful manager, you will gain experience in the day to day business operations which will include managing people and leading a team, you will be coached by a supporting branch manager who will be a person who has started like you are, people development is very important to us and is one of our business successes, we also offer a unique fully supported personal development mentor, who will guide you to ensure you have a complete understanding of the business and how it functions on a day to day basis
- the role will be an evolving position and involve being leader of our customer service team, working as a co-ordinator / workshop controller of a team of 15 productive workshop staff and 5 Customer Service Exec’s a business Fix Auto is dealing with approximately 20- 25 cars coming in and going out each week, you will support the team managing a fleet of courtesy cars and collection and deliveries
- fix Auto is a busy site, with an annual turnover exceeding £2m per year, it’s a profitable site and this delivers an excellent Rewards Bonus that amounts to approx
