Responsibility

- this position provides an exciting opportunity for the right person to gain knowledge and develop a career in this sector
- liaising with our Area Technical Managers to ensure all projects are kept up to date
- create/Monitor Reports for both internal and external use
- contact customers for updates
- handling customer service calls
- you will primarily be responsible for making sure all our projects and leads are kept as up to date as possible on our CRM systems, getting frequent updates from our Area Technical Managers, Architects and Contractors, via telephone and email
- identifying new leads
Requirements
- no previous industry knowledge needed
- experience in Microsoft programmes essential
- customer Service experience preferred, but not essential
- must be within a 20 mile radius to Tredegar
