Responsibility
use business experience to work with our customers and key stakeholders to deliver successful operational performance
oversee exceptional service delivery by the Operations Team through mentorship and development of Emergency Operations Specialists, including setting of work patterns
be a source of guidance and best practice for the Operations Team and assist in problem solving / solution identification
deal with complaints issues and follow protocol as outlined in AMI-GA Standard Operating Procedures
identify and escalate operational performance challenges within AMI-GA to the Operations Manager including planning for improvement
project manage change initiatives including key stakeholder engagement
assist in delivery of AMI-GA's strategic objectives
take Emergency calls when necessary, in or out of hours
Requirements
experience in a leadership role
successful track record with collaborating and influencing a wide range of stakeholders across business areas
experience with continuous improvement processes
working knowledge of FCA, HIPAA and other international regulatory frameworks
