- an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Manager to join Almond Care in our Nuneaton Based Head Office
- drafting vacancy adverts and ensuring all adverts are posted on relevant recruitment sites, the company’s website, and social media platforms
- the role is supported by a recruitment specialist/administrator
- making recommendations for relevant advertising sites including costings to the Managing director and senior management teams
- creating job descriptions and person specifications in collaboration with the relevant manager
- seeking alternative platforms for vacancy adverts, e.g. local universities, hospitals etc. to reach a wider target audience
- working closely with the Recruitment team, you will play a key part in the smooth running of our recruitment function. It is a fantastic opportunity to search and secure the best talent who really place our Clients at the centre of all that they do
