- lead and manage engineering staff or business partnerships/ Sub-contracts
- accountable to the Senior Engineering Manager for Aviation and Outfitting for inputs to the Outfitting CAP, including monitoring schedule and reporting variances
- provide leadership and management guidance in delivery of engineering data Management, data Transfer & data Quality process capability, toolsets and overall strategy for CSC

- this role will be based in Barrow in Furness and will require someone to be on site 4 days per week, working 1 day from home
- the materials technology centre undertakes and sponsors research activities to ensure we are on the cutting edge of martials sciences
- provide leadership for the delivery of the CSC BoM Integration' solution - the configuration and provision of BoM to support procurement and supply chain
- to manage the development of physical integration strategies, that will support the development of an optimised design solution, taking into account the many conflicting design constraints
- maturity management and reporting to provide assurance to the customer and internal stakeholders that the desired performance is being met and maintained by the evolving design
- responsible for producing reports, calculations and contractual deliverables associated with engineering area, including close liaison with the Technical Authority and other engineering areas
