Responsibility
- we are seeking an organised and friendly Receptionist to join our team at Active Health Chiropractic Clinic based in Cosham, Portsmouth
- open and prepare the Clinic for the day ahead
- greet customers and demonstrate exemplary customer service and care throughout each appointment
- greet patients and make them feel welcome
- scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's calendar
- manage a Computer-based diary, data base and accounts
- answering and directing phone calls in a professional and timely manner
- make and alter appointment bookings on the computer
Requirements
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to learn, develop and progress
- proven ability to work well in a team
- experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
- an ease and enjoyment of communicating with others face-to-face, on the phone, via text and e-mail is essential
- administrative experience: 1 year
- A comfort in looking after infants and the elderly will be essential as we welcome patients of all ages
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
