this is a fast-paced, HR Recruitment role within a busy, proactive HR team
you will be responsible for overseeing the staff recruitment process in its entirety for both ACT and ALS training ensuring all staff vacancies are filled as soon as possible
the role is hybrid working based at ACT’s Head Office in Ocean Park House, Cardiff 3 days per week and home working 2 days per week and fits within the People & Development Team, reporting to the P&D Manager
ACT is committed to promoting the Welsh language for both staff and learners, and whilst it is not considered essential criteria, the ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role
