- manage care worker rotas in partnership with Regional Nurse Managers and Field Team Leader for peripatetic staff, Registered Nurses, HCAs and Care/Support Workers
- an exciting new role has arisen here at HASCS and we are looking for a self motivated individual to join our team of Care Coordinators
- operations provides the corporate and clinical delivery functions for HASCS. The Care Coordinators provide first line operational support and advice to the Clinical Director, Regional Nurse Managers for clinical staffing of National Care Packages
- compile weekly omission forms and function reports as required by the Senior Care Coordinator and Senior Management
