- managing a small customer base with sole responsibility for negotiating prices, entering contracts and being the point of contact for queries
- supporting Account Managers globally with contracts, reconciling account commissions and agreeing invoices prior to payment approval
- assisting with overdue invoices, credit and debit notes
- managing and communicating sample requests
- setting up new customer accounts and delivery sites
- assisting Account Managers with their customer base including; price updates, contract entry and contract balances and forecasting using the Global Forecasting System
- managing customer complaints
