- 3-4 years experience of working in a similar role
Responsibility
- report any issues that may affect the client/tenant/the service of the property
- the Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the highest standards of management, maintenance, and service are maintained
- ensure that all utility meter readings are collected and managed using relevant systems
- ensure that the day-to-day running of buildings within the portfolio is addressed
