- you have previous working experience in a fast pace environment
- experience of Parts Sales and understanding sales targets
- previous experience in a Parts Managerial and Warehouse role
- vehicle Parts Management: 3 years
Responsibility
- to manage the smooth and efficient operation of our parts hub warehouse
- obtain necessary customer details in order for credit references to be taken up and new accounts to be opened resolving any queries with customers as required
- demonstrate an increase in operational efficiency on a 6 monthly basis
- ensure all customer complaints are dealt with promptly and effectively, escalating any unresolved problems in line with company process
- parts: To ensure the accurate and timely execution of all activities to provide a service to our other sites
- carry out the team’s annual appraisals as well as holding regular 121s
- receipt of daily stock and VOR orders
- perpetual stock checks
