Responsibility
- responsible for timely delivery of all railway inspection projects, working closely with all various sub-teams who carry their own responsibilities
- demonstrate a clear understanding of the proposal, specification, and contracted scope of works for each project
- build and maintain robust programmes to achieve timely project delivery
- identification and mitigation of commercial risks
- tracking project budgets to minimise the risk of overspend
- ensure compliance with Zetica and our client’s health and safety process
- provide professional and timely communication with customers, subcontractors, and colleagues
- acting as a liaison between the data capture, data processing, data delivery and management teams
Requirements
- familiarity with a range of project management methodologies e.g. waterfall, agile
- project planning and delivery: Proven ability to scope, schedule, and deliver projects on time and within budget
- project management: 2 years
- leadership and team coordination: Strong leadership skills with experience managing multiple teams
- risk management: Skilled in identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- problem solving: Proactive in identifying issues and developing effective solutions under pressure
- budget management: Experience managing project finances, forecast and spend
