YRH FINANCE TEAM is looking for employees for positions:
management accountant
Working hours
- part-time

Responsibility
- preparing basic monthly management accounts; P&L & Balance Sheet
- assisting in the month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals, prepayments and other journal entries and adjustments
- VAT returns; completing, submitting, dealing with HMRC
- updating billing and forecast reports
- posting sales & purchase invoices and reconciling and maintaining the purchase & sales ledger
- payroll; monthly calculations, payments, submissions to HMRC and pension company
- working pattern: Part time - 4 days per week
- managing credit control; reporting, escalating, making claims as necessary
Requirements
- highly computer literate
- advanced knowledge and experience of Xero , including building reports
- understanding of PAYE & NIC, experience running a payroll
- at least 5 years working in SME businesses, in a Management Accountant role
- ability to work to deadlines
- self-motivated and self-managing
- fully qualified or part qualified or QBE 5+ years
- excellent numerical skills
