if you're thinking what qualifications or accreditation you need, you'll need to be chartered through either the RICS, APM or CIOB
if you're working in Project Management in Construction & Property with a consultancy, you'll know what's involved - both the challenges and the rewards
we are looking to add a 6th person to a team of 5 other project managers in RLFs London office over the next 3 years, develop them into some one capable of taking up a senior role within the PM team
if this appeal to you, please get in touch with me at [email protected] for more info, or apply within
the business employ around 170 people - so a good size firm but not so large that you'll get lost in the background with most people working remotely 3 days of the week
you would have a major role to play in pushing the PM side to be their primary service offering - a new strategy to put them in line with the wider business, following a recent acquisition by an American firm, MGAC
you'll know what a project manager does, but this role in particular will be focusing on the "front-end" of development - with a large focus on residential projects, namely the luxury, later-living market
that's not to say you won't ever be involved in the later RIBA stages or working on other sectors, but you'll need at least "some" exposure of RIBA stages 0 - 4
