- if you're thinking what qualifications or accreditation you need, you'll need to be chartered through either the RICS, APM or CIOB
- if you're working in Project Management in Construction & Property with a consultancy, you'll know what's involved - both the challenges and the rewards
- we are looking to add a 6th person to a team of 5 other project managers in RLFs London office over the next 3 years, develop them into some one capable of taking up a senior role within the PM team

- the business employ around 170 people - so a good size firm but not so large that you'll get lost in the background with most people working remotely 3 days of the week
- you would have a major role to play in pushing the PM side to be their primary service offering - a new strategy to put them in line with the wider business, following a recent acquisition by an American firm, MGAC
- you'll know what a project manager does, but this role in particular will be focusing on the "front-end" of development - with a large focus on residential projects, namely the luxury, later-living market
- that's not to say you won't ever be involved in the later RIBA stages or working on other sectors, but you'll need at least "some" exposure of RIBA stages 0 - 4
