Responsibility
- help develop and be actively engaged in new starter inductions, ensuring a smooth and consistent onboarding experience
- implement HR training aligned with our "Thrive" wellbeing initiative and core values
- actively contribute in developing initiatives as directed to underpin the core values of the business
- train managers on company HR policies and team management techniques
- oversee appraisal and review systems, including conducting appraisal meetings when necessary
- provide guidance on employment terms and conditions, sharing best practices
- develop and implement HR procedures to enhance performance and both reduce and mitigate disputes
- manage HR documentations in the business’s people management and HR tracking platforms
