Responsibility
- be responsible for the functionality, security and performance of all Wrendale Designs websites, including trade and retail sites
- collaborate with in-house graphic designers and other agencies to integrate front-end designs into the Magento 2 platform
- develop and maintain the Magento 2 back-end infrastructure to support our e-commerce operations
- improve the website user experience and bring forward ideas and implement them to improve our conversion rate
- manage and fine-tune MySQL operations and performance where necessary
- promptly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimise downtime and disruptions
- work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into Magento 2-based technical solutions
- ensure the security and performance of our Magento 2 website, implementing and performing PHP and Memento 2 version upgrades in a timely manner and other necessary measures to safeguard customer data and enhance site speed
