- we are dedicated to empowering individuals and organisations by delivering high-quality training programs that enhance skills and drive professional growth
- working with the CEO in the preparation of annual budgets for the group, and devolved budgets for internal purposes
- you will provide strategic financial guidance, oversee budgeting and forecasting, manage financial reporting, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- monitor, review and control budgets against actual and projected spend, reforecasting as and when required
- delivery of all necessary financial reporting and period close processes, all with relevant commentary and recommendations
Requirements
- demonstratable track record of success as HoF/FD/FC in a comparable business
- ability to plan, organise and prioritise own workload
- experience of due diligence and acquisitions, including integration and TUPE
- well-developed interpersonal and presentation skills
- knowledge of Work Based learning provision
- excellent writing skills
- working knowledge of bidding portals Bravo / InTend etc
- high standard of confidentiality and discretion at all times)
