Pretty much a scam, avoid
I am extremely disappointed with the manner in which my recent order has been handled.
I placed an order for a subscription plus two planter pots, as advertised on your website, which supposedly included clamps. However, I was informed subsequently that clamps were no longer provided.
Furthermore, despite opting for delivery of spring flowers as per the options provided in your email dated 7th May, I was later informed that you were out of spring flowers. This inconsistency in communication and the subsequent lack of clarity regarding product availability is unacceptable.
Following this, I requested the cancellation of the planter pots, only to be met with silence from your end. To compound matters, I received a refund for only one of the pots, leaving the issue unresolved.
I demand an apology, a full refund, and a clear explanation for the series of errors and miscommunications that have occurred. Anything less than this will prompt me to leave negative feedback on Google reviews and social media platforms to ensure that others are made aware of my disappointing experience. Try me!
Ignoring customer concerns is unacceptable behaviour from any reputable business. I expect a prompt response addressing these issues.
