Responsibility
- wilson Tool provides a wide range of tool solutions for Bending and Punching customers around the globe
- we are best known for our over 50 years of customised tooling solutions designed to help customers resolve their most challenging fabrication issues
- to maintain compliance and ensure a high service to our Swindon workforce, we have an opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our European Headquarters. This position will initially be for a 6-month fixed term contract, starting as soon as possible
- this role will be the first point of contact for all employee relations matters in Swindon, and will support the Europe HR Director in driving change through people practices
- compliance; keeping up to date with UK employment legislation and making necessary policy changes, finalising UK policies and rolling out full employee handbook, auditing employment contracts and making necessary changes
- retention; conducting exit interviews, analysing turnover trends, monitoring headcount
- promoting the Employer Brand; promoting Wilson Tool through recruitment campaigns, attending career fairs and identifying networking opportunities
