Responsibility
- responding to incoming calls & e-mails meeting pre-determined service level targets
- providing 1st Line Support, you’ll be taking calls from internal staff and crew
- dealing with walk in queries
- providing telephone support to colleagues at other locations
- logging all incidents on a dedicated IT service Management tool
- ensuring all incidents are logged
- ensuring all incidents are managed through to resolution
- ensuring all incidents are managed in line with policy and procedure
Requirements
- have been a UK/EEA resident for the last 3 years
- hold valid residency status
- have the right to work in the UK
- experience of providing IT telephone support Desk is desirable but not essential
- ability to learn new skills and IT systems knowledge
- excellent customer service skills, telephone manner and written communication
- ability to remain calm under pressure
- good general office administration
