- you will be joining a well established and friendly team of managers who run our other branches
- you will be joining a small and friendly team of experienced shop managers and building your own team around you
- this job is a really hands on role
- you will be leading the shop floor team and working directly with the business owner to establish the range
- this will involve attending trade fairs, working with our suppliers and having strong opinions about what works and why
- this will involve selecting the stock for the branch, placing orders, leading the merchandising and responding to customer feedback
