Responsibility
- ensuring Xero is kept up to date and records are accurate
- reconciling client and business account
- processing rental payments and payments to landlords
- dealing with all Landlords bills
- assisting with the processing of our contractors’ payments
- processing business expenses
- logging deposits to SafeDeposits Scotland within deadlines every month
