- our UK Control Centre handles up to 15000 jobs each month
- controllers work shifts including weekends and bank holidays and operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
- computer literacy is essential as is the ability to work under pressure
- all newly appointed controllers are provided with uniform and full in-house training
- if you have the relevant experience and enjoy working in a team then we would love to hear from you
- based at our Haywards Heath branch you will receive calls from major motoring organisations, the motor trade and the public for vehicles crashed or broken down at the roadside
- the controllers dispatch the most appropriate recovery vehicle to the scene and acts as liaison between the roadside technician and the motoring organisation, so a friendly warm outgoing personality is essential
