warehouse operative
Responsibility
- ensure goods received are checked to confirm condition received and accurate to purchase order
- following validation, goods must be booked into the MRP system accurately and subsequently safely located into the respective warehouse storage location
- conduct picking and packaging of planned orders in accordance with the agreed production schedule
- complete general warehouse system administration activities – processing invoices, pick lists, despatch notes
- complete regular part stock checks to maintain high levels of stock accuracy
- ensure that all business processes are managed in accordance with company procedures and the respective compliance regulations
- adopt a ‘no surprises’ approach to reporting and communication with the Warehouse Manager
- responsible for abiding by the company rules pertaining to your employment
Requirements
- warehouse experience: 3 years
- basildon, SS14 3HW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
